It’s hard to believe it’s been a year since EXTRA-STRENGTH first took to the stage! The video of our awesome December show is now available for your viewing pleasure in the Media section.
This was a particularly fun show. For the first time in a while all 10 cast members were on-stage. Tommy Bechtold made his triumphant EXTRA-STRENGTH debut and I think, though I’m not sure, but I think we made him Steve Miller in every scene. Yes, “that” Steve Miller. Also, our beloved Philly broad Alexis returned to the LA stage! You also get to see Maggy & Conroy sing. Of course Maggy singing isn’t all that unusual. But few people have had the pleasure of of my velvety voice outside of a karaoke bar. Unless you’ve, like, showered with me. But in that case you were probably too busy drinking in the eye-candy to take notice of my singing.
Also… when the “blood” bit happens… that was real. Despite O’Connell’s redirection, there really was a pool of blood on the stage. My blood, to be specific. I ripped a chunk out of my hand climbing off a broken riser. That’s how dedicated the cast of EXTRA-STRENGTH is. Sometimes we even bleed for you.
And, now, because BOC actually tasted my blood, at least one of us sparkles in the daylight! Neat!
